How can I sign in to ky2help?
Ky2help shows 2 buttons for single sign on. Click on the left one to log in as IAS user.
What will happen with links to documents posted in the teams channels?
The links won’t be automatically updated after the migration. Please make sure that you correct the links manually.
What will happen with teams in MS Teams with a huge amount of chat messages?
It is possible that teams with more than 1000 chat messages needs for time to be migrated than excepted.
What is a Migration Account?
During the Migration, the Migration Backend uses the Migration Account for the Channel Messages and Chat-Migration.
What will happen with Microsoft Loop, Forms, and Power Automate?
Unfortunately the content will not be migrated automatically. Please contact our IT Support in order to find a solution.
What can I do if mailboxes are missing in my inbox?
If you are missing other mailboxes (e.g. PEC mail), please contact our helpdesk and have the access data for the mailbox ready. We will support you with the setup.
What will happen to the links to documents and pages on my landing pages?
Unfortunately the links will not be updated automatically and needs to be updated manually after the migration.
I found documents in the new environment, which I have already deleted. Why?
In order to carry out such a large migration in one weekend, we carried out a delta migration about 5 weeks ago. This means that we can only migrate the changes on the actual migration weekend. If documents are deleted in the meantime, they remain on the new tenant.
